Both Yunus Sentamu and Abubakar Lawal netted braces to inspire a 4-1 result for the Venoms.

The game was played against Calvary on Friday 14th at St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

Yunus Sentamu who had last scored for Vipers in November 2021 opened the scoring in the 9th minute.

Nigerian forward Abubakar Lawal doubled the lead in the 16th minute.

Yunus Sentamu completed his brace in the 19th minute and this gave a deserved 3-0 early lead for the Vipers.

Karim Ndugwa had scored one in the 40th minute but only assistant referee could call for an offside.

3 minutes later, Andama pulled one back for the Visitors after taking on a free kick that past Fabien Mutomboro.

Abubakar Lawal completed his brace in the 53rd minute after taking on a penalty.

The results sent Vipers to Semifinals meeting Police who reached there earlier.
